The Mariano Marcos State University College of Teacher Education (MMSU CTE), formerly named Ilocos Norte Normal School (INNS), Northern Luzon Teachers College (NLTC), and Northern Luzon State College (NLSC) takes pride and joy in gathering together her children in a General Alumni Homecoming as One Big Family! This big event which is scheduled on February 5, 6 and 7, 2009 is geared towards the theme: Inniliw 2009: Panaguummong, Panangpasingked Panaggagayyem, Panagidaton. The grand day will be on the third day (Feb 7).
